Robot Sketch

Gray tone marker wash over pencil on Canson Manga Trading card Stock.

Initial pencils done with 0.7 and  0.5 mechanical pencils using HB and H leads. Prisimcolor markers used for gray tones.

A concept sketch of a SciFi Manga style Robot character. The Robot charges at us with cable wired hair flowing and fists flying. Gray marker wash is use d to give depth and volume to this quick rough sketch. A touch of green and yellow provide accent and visual interest. Light marker speed-lines add to the sense of movement and the feel that this Robot is charging right at you.
